🥁 Drum Shields

Standard drum shields may be returned within 7 calendar days of delivery notification, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. A 15% restocking fee may apply. All physical products delivered locally will be picked up by Balfour Custom Creations in the event of a valid return. Depending on the distance, a return service fee may apply.

If no return notification is received within 7 calendar days of delivery, the item will no longer be eligible for return or exchange.

🛠️ Handmade Consumer Products

Given the artisanal nature of our handmade products, returns are accepted only if an item is found to be defective, damaged during shipping, or significantly different from its description.

Notification must be made within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Claims must include clear photos and order details for prompt review.

For locally delivered items, Balfour Custom Creations will coordinate pickup if a return is approved. Return service fees may apply based on distance.

If no notification is received within 7 calendar days of delivery, returns will not be accepted.

🗂️ Digital File Products (Floorplans, Manuals, Templates, etc.)

All digital file purchases are final and non-refundable. Due to the immediate and irrevocable nature of digital delivery, we encourage you to review product descriptions carefully before purchasing. Should you have any questions or require clarification before purchasing, please feel free to contact us via email. Our team will be happy to assist and ensure you have all the information you need.

Should you encounter any technical issues accessing your file, we are also available to provide support.

🔧 Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery. Upon verification, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion. For locally delivered items, pickup will be arranged where applicable.

Failure to notify us within 7 calendar days will void eligibility for repair, replacement, or refund.

Digital Usage: Purchase of digital products grants a non-exclusive, single-use license for personal or internal business use. Redistribution, resale, or public distribution is strictly prohibited.
