Absolutely, yes, we can. We can turn your 5 - panel shield or any acrylic you have into a modular or stationary enclosure depending on the acrylic size. 

No. All custom drum enclosures are handcrafted to your specifications and are non-returnable once production begins. We appreciate your understanding of the custom nature of these builds.

Yes, drum shields may be returned within 7 calendar days of delivery notification, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. A 15% restocking fee may apply. Local pickup will be arranged for valid returns. Returns requested after 7 days will not be accepted.

Handmade products may be returned only if they are defective, damaged during shipping, or significantly different from their description. Notification must be made within 7 calendar days of delivery. Returns requested after 7 days will not be accepted.

All digital file sales (floorplans, manuals, templates) are final and non-refundable. We encourage careful review before purchasing. If you have any questions prior to purchase, please contact us via email and we will be happy to assist.

Once a return is approved, Balfour Custom Creations will coordinate a convenient pickup time via email. Depending on distance, a return service fee may apply.
